Mindwile started from a simple frustration: too much B2B growth relies on heroes and luck. We wanted to make growth something that can be built, measured and trusted. What we build we call growth capacity.
We had seen the same pattern over and over. Teams running faster, piling on more activities, yet unable to say what actually drove revenue. When a key person left, the results left with them.
We became convinced that growth should live in a system, not in individual heroics. A system built on the market, driven by data and signals, and getting better with every cycle. A good year isn't growth, the ability to repeat it is.
So we built Revgen7, our seven-step method, and learned to build it in Clay. Today we help B2B companies make the same journey: from activity-dependent to system-driven growth.
The name mindwile is a play on words, a nod to doing things differently, because that's what we believe in: constantly striving to evolve and do something new. Our logo illustrates signals, because we believe in signal-based communication rather than list-based activity.
Most in our industry sell outcomes: number of meetings, number of leads, number of deals. We build growth capacity, a system's ability to turn a defined effort into a predictable amount of new business opportunities. It's not an event, it's a state. A company with growth capacity can answer four questions without guessing:
When we build for a client, it's not a service we perform, it's an asset we leave behind. We don't measure ourselves on the number of meetings delivered in a given month, but on whether you can afterwards steer your own customer growth. The system is the product. The outcome is the proof.
Test your growth capacity →We always ask what will remain when the individual effort stops. Build the engine, not just a push.
Decisions rest on signals and numbers. We don't guess, we measure, and we change course when the data says otherwise.
We build transparently and teach you the system. The goal is for you to manage without us, and still want to keep us.
We measure ourselves on your outcomes over time, not on billed hours. The relationship is the point.
You can always do more activities. A system you build once, and then improve forever.
